When Penelope was alive there was a time when her life felt like it was quietly falling apart from the inside out. The constant anxiety that made her chest feel tight for no reason. The headaches that pulsed behind her eyes like something was trying to break through. The stomach pain that came in waves, leaving her exhausted, drained, and confused. Doctors had answers, but none of them felt right. Nothing truly fixed it. Nothing truly touched what was happening to her.

Because what was happening was energetic… she was awakening.

At first, she thought she was losing control of her body. Then she realized… she was becoming aware of it in a way most people never do. She could feel energy moving through her in currents. She could sense when something was “off” before it even fully manifested. She began noticing that when she placed her hands on her chest, her stomach, her head… the pain would shift. That was the moment everything changed.

She dove into energy work with a hunger that bordered on relentless. Chakras, frequency, energy channels, emotional imprints, trauma stored in the body — she didn’t just study it, she felt it. She trained her hands to listen. She learned how to pull stagnant energy out like threads. She learned how to push healing energy in like light filling cracks in glass.

And then something even deeper opened.

She began to see spirits of the deceased all around her. Spirits were drawn to her because she could feel them the same way she felt energy in the body. To her, there was no real separation between the living and the dead… only different forms of energy existing on different levels.

She became a healer not only for the living…
